TVS Apache RR 310 Overview
The TVS Apache RR 310 is one of the top models released by the bike manufacturing company. This model comes as an entry-level full-faired sports bike from TVS Motor Company –a Hosur-based two-wheeler automobile company. Been in the development phase since last two years, the TVS Apache RR 310 takes its progressive concept from the standard TVS Akula bike model. Aimed at serving various roles –sports biking, regular biking, and occasional tour biking –the TVS Apache RR 310 is the product of the collaboration between the bike-maker TVS & BMW Motorrad.
TVS Apache RR 310 Engine & Transmission
The Apache RR 310 by TVS is given power by the strong 4 stroke, 4 valves, reverse inclined technology, 1 cylinder 312 cc engine. The engine is able to churn out the total power of 33.5 BHP @ 9700 rpm along with a peak torque of 27.3 Nm @ 7700 rpm. The technology of reverse inclined bike’s engine helps in centralizing the overall mass of the bike with the given engine quite closer around the wheel at the front, with a shorter wheelbase. The engine of the bike is mated to a 6-speed transmission gearbox.
TVS Apache RR 310 Braking & Safety
Braking of the bike is handled by the petal disc of 300 mm that is located at the front end and has been given the grip by radial 4-piston calipers from Bybre –the reputed Indian-built brand. The wheel towards the rear end of the bike receives a single disc 240 mm braking option. The Apache RR 310 receives the dual-channel special ABS as standard for ensuring safety.

The expected mileage of the TVS Apache RR 310 is around 33.30 Kmpl. On the looks front, the overall bike looks simply stunning. The Apache RR 310 by TVS appears as a shrunken, multi-cylinder sports bike look. The overall fit & finish is perfect with the presence of twin LED projector headlamps, LED taillight, LED blinkers, and the entire digital vertically stepped up multi-information display –all of these features make it a fully-packed vehicle offering great riding experience. The bike is currently available in two colour variants –matte red and black.
TVS Apache RR 310 Performance and Handling
The Apache RR 310 makes use of a special steel trellis bike frame that comes with split chassis overall design along with a forged aluminum die-cast swingarm. These features are claimed to be offering higher dynamics along with enhanced control & handling of the bike. Even the suspension of the bike is top notch. With the presence of the 41 mm, inverted cartridge front fork of Kayaba with a classic gold finish –this adds a premium look to the overall look & feel of the bike. The rear monoshock from Kayaba is amazing as well as the suspension, swingarm, and the chassis –all work together in a seamless manner for giving the bike superior performance & handling.
